About the Division

The vision of the division is to achieve excellence in research, development and transfer of technology in wood/bamboo properties and processing for appropriate end uses for conservation of natural resources and efficient utilization of fast grown plantations timbers. The division is also engaged in capacity building on processing and utilization of wood, bamboo and other lignocellulosic materials.
